With the exception of the generated scaffolds, this Change Set now features complete VB support. I think I've gotten all the bugs out the templates, and ensured that SubCommander now respects the /lang directive.

You may also notice a bit of speed increase in design-time operations, including running SubCommander. I ran through the whole generation process and eliminated a lot of overhead by removing some redundant DB schema requests. I also reworked some of the M2M and FK retrieval method to eliminate the need for try/catch blocks. If it's working better (or worse) for you, let me know...
