Another tuning release. I've been doing some tweaking to make the underpinnings of SubSonic as friendly as possible to your database. This CS further reduces the number of design and run time schema calls.

Please note: One of the change involves how BaseSchema is referenced and checked for initialization. Unless you enjoy tracking down stack overflows, I highly recommend regenerating your classes when upgrading to this Change Set.
