Change Set 20787 is a perfect example of why you should never answer the phone during unit testing. I managed to break the M2M functionality just prior to check-in.
Duh.
Use this one instead.

No, it's not normal.Can you be more specific about the error?And were you using a Change Set prior to this one? If so, which?
