Change Set 22363 - SubSonic 2.0.1a?

So.... 2.0.1 went out a little quicker than both Rob or I intended. Trust me though, given the extenuating circumstances (which I won't go into) it was the right thing to do. In any event, this change set has a couple items that will make up 2.0.1a, including a in important template fix for VB users.

eric, did you guys notice that m2m was broken from 21604 till now though? I posted that somewhere along the way in codeplex.

I've been upgrading just about with every release since then 21604 and had to rollback to 2064 and sadly wait.

I can finally get cranking again without hacking it up. I'm pretty confident nothing changed on my end.

either way, it was great to get the "build succeeded" on my end with this latest release.
