Just in from Boston and settling in nicely to my plush suite at the Venetian. Sure it has two flat screen TVs, remote control drapes, a sectional, my own printer, and a bathroom bigger than many hotel rooms I've stayed in, but internet access - that'll cost you $9.95 a day.

I'm trying not break my documentation promise, so I've updated subsonichelp.com to include the parameter reference, which I wrote up on the plane, only to discover that once I got connected again, Rob had already written up on CodePlex. But I'm posting mine anway. I just hope they there isn't any disagreement between the two...
